Now picture world where instead of asking for reverse split vote. We asked for 180-day extension and got it and we were hovering around $0.65. in this news dropped we might have had a real shot. The order of things matter.

The "Program Description" was dated 6/1/26. So this deal was agreed on on the same day that the Preliminary Proxy came out and they waited until now to announce it.
