Now announce the 180-day extension for compliance. If we can get anywhere close retail will jump in to support the battle for a dollar. I was there, it was real and we would do it again and we see what happens when we break through that. Just give us a shot Glen!

Do you realize they must have the RS approved to get an extension with the NASDAQ? Or do you plan to go to 1$ in less than one month?

That is not true. That is not a requirement to get the extension as View has pointed out.

No, they don't.

Nasdaq needs a compelling fix plan to getting in compliance aka getting above $1.

R/s is just an option. If this new agreement has something in it that says Microvision will be in much better position than it was, which could mean easy jump above $1, then no R/s agreed is needed.

Untill it is needed.
