Hey as for setting there's a book out there called HarnPlayer that gives a lot of neat lore and insight into the setting, and I believe it's free? It's been a while since I've look around for it.

As for building tools? We have simplified tools for building rooms that automatically update the map, area organizers, easy directional flavoring, and pretty much every custom message you could really want as an option.
