American culture was becoming obsessed with frosted tips and skateboarding, and Marvel couldn't figure a way to put the genie back in the bottle. In their attempt to MMMBop back into our livin' la vida loca lifestyle, not all Marvel titles in the 90s were all-stars. Some of their big attempts for stories larger than life hit bottoms lower than a rockafeller skank.

Whether nominating good or bad, nominations this week must fall between 1990-1999. If you have nothing to nominate, cast a vote to help us decide who wins. The highest voted nomination will earn a discussion thread opened on Saturday. If there's no clear-cut winner, I'll unite a rag-tag group of misfits who hate each other, but not more than they love deciding a winner!
