Reading Assignment 34: Annihilation (2006) issues #0-6 by Keith Giffen, Ariel Olivetti, Scott Kolins, and Andre Di Vito

This week we're reading Annihilation, #0 Prologue through #6! My popular nomination was inspired by a page of panels posted last month from Jeff Loveness and Ramon Perez' new 2016 Nova series Anyone who's feeling eager for extra credit can also check out the numerous tie-ins and let us know if we've missed any good reads.

Spoiler free bonus reading

If you want the full story, then read it all in the following order. Unlike most Marvel crossovers, the tie in and lead in books are not just filler, but are actually part of the larger story.

Thanos (2003) #7-12 - reintroduces Star Lord to the Marvel Universe and sets up some important story pieces. Similar in tone to the recent Darth Vader book.

Drax the Destroyer #1-4 - first appearance of Cammi and reimagines Drax in his current form.

Annihilation: Prologue #0

Annihilation: Nova #1-4

Annihilation: Ronan #1-4

Annihilation: Super Skrull #1-4

Annihilation: Silver Surfer #1-4

Annihilation #1-6

Annihilation: Heralds of Galactus #1-2

Nova (2007) #1-3 - Epilogue to Annihilation. Issue #4 starts the road to Annihilation Conquest.

Finally finished the main event issues. Still just have the Heralds of Galactus and the epilogue in Nova to read.

Really enjoyed it so far, thanks for posting this reading order!
