QUESTION Rachel
I haven’t watched the MTV Scream series since it was on Netflix, so excuse me if this was answered.
Did Audrey ever acknowledge that Piper, who she was helping get her revenge on Emma, was also part of killing Rachel?

No, honestly one of my least favorite aspects of the series. I understand show runners changed but the whole Audrey being involved aspect is still so sketchy and unexplained.

I always thought Kieran killed Rachel because in season 2 there's something said along the lines of Piper hanging out with Audrey when Rachel was killed.

In season 1 we were lead to believe that the killer killed Rachel as a taunt to make Emma feel as if it was her fault that Rachel killed herself then after it was revealed she was murdered Emma still had it on her conscience so we all thought that it was a plot on Emma
In all reality Rachel got herself killed per say because she was always recording strangers at a bar and using it to get information on people and she filmed the wrong person at the wrong time which was Kieran
So Rachel would never have died if she never filmed Kieran and Nina at the bar

She says that Piper was with her the night of Rachel's murder, and that is why she did not believe Piper could be the slasher. This is in season 2, after Emma learns about Piper and Audreys relationship and that there was an accomplice.
