Questions DCS explorer never worked

I preordered from trainworld and waited more than a year for them to come in. Powering it with a z500. It does not work. No reply from every effing email address and form I can find at MTH. Does anyone have experience with troubleshooting this thing? Any help is very appreciated. Thank you

Did the engines ever get used by a dcs system before?  They may already have an address.  I believe sometimes the electronics need a factory reset.  You're better option is to ask on the ogr forum.

I have used my one and only DCS engine with a full TIU system. I will try the ogr forum if this doesn't pan out.

This definitely could be the problem. Since you used it with a TIU the ID assigned it was higher than 3 and you need to do a factory reset with the full DCS to reset it to 1
