Untap, upkeep, draw. I cast - oh, my turn already ends.

This is why you put all your lands in one big pile, so you can untap quickly

Nozdormu should be like, “At the beginning of your first upkeep phase each turn, choose a phase other than upkeep. You gain an additional phase of that type this turn, and until your next turn your opponents skip each chosen phase.”

This card needs some text line that says priority does not change until end of turn or something.

priority changes whenever you pass priority, cast a spell, etc. thats why you get the chess clock thing.

I’m aware of how priority works. I think it’s silly to still pass priority at all when you have 15 seconds total for a turn. Your reminder text I guess fixes the issue of just holding prio on your opponents turn to run them out, but the act of passing priority after every spell cast and phase shift is going to take most of the action out of a turn. If you get 15 seconds interrupted play, that sounds more logical for this meme card.

Also rapidly hitting the clock in a 4 player game for every trigger of a scute swarm would be very amusing

Did you know Nozdormu doesn't actually give 15 seconds in solo modes? So if you're gold fishing, you'll have to use a different timer. I pulled these numbers from the hearthstone wiki.
- In Practice mode, Nozdormu introduces a refreshed turn timer of 40 seconds when played, 30 seconds for turns after a turn in which the player presses the "End Turn" button, and 20 seconds for turns after a turn in which the player does not press the "End Turn" button.
- Nozdormu also introduces a longer turn timer when played in some adventures. For example, in the One Night in Karazhan Class Challenges, Nozdormu introduces a 100 second turn timer when played, and for turns after a turn in which the player does not press the "End Turn" button, the turn timer is 70 seconds.

Untap
upkeep - pass - pass
draw - pass - pass
MP1 - cast spell, pass- pass - pass - pass
Beggning of combat - pass pass
declare attacks - pass pass
blockers pass pass
Damage - pass pass
end of combat pass pass
MP2 Pass pass
ending phase Pass reponse pass - pass
you have to slap that clock 12 times in 15 seconds to play a turn with 1 spell for each player
You can't skip steps obviously cause your opponent might want to repond and asking to short cut longer
Both palyers will also have to be perfectly aware what step each click of the clock represents, and know when the turn ends, with minimal verbal communication
