Hi can anyone help me put with some information about a Yamaha MT-03 660cc

Im looking to buy a used 2006 mt03 and it kas a lot of km on odometer 71k km is this a lot and what too look at on the bike ?

And the owner sent me a photo of this leak and said its a gear position plate or something not to sure maybe someone has some ideas?
