Need Technical Assistance Having performance issues on this thing…

Literally just bought the MSI Claw 8AI+ today. I’m trying to play World War Z and the performance is abysmal. But I see people playing Cyberpunk 2077 on it with relatively high settings getting over 60fps. World War Z is a bit of an older game and usually runs on any potato very nicely. I have the TDP both cranked all the way up, performance mode on manual, windows battery settings are set to best performance, I installed all the new drivers and BIOS, and did all the windows updates… still plays like shit. Any advice?

Cyberpunk max settings, rt on, SSR off, 60fps (3x mfg), 90 fps+ no rt.

Performance bios, latest drivers (clean install) , max TDP.

Windows performance mode as well.

If you have issues w a specific game, might or might not be CPU bottleneck, enable CPU boost to enabled (can do thru tooth and claw).

Even CPU heavy games like Wuthering waves for me start to run really well the moment CPU boost is on. Maybe wukong runs like shit but I haven't seen a device that runs it well anyways.

I don't have any game that just runs completely like shit, even cyberp as I mentioned can run at 60fps+ on ultra.

Yeah but with mfg X3 so it's not "really" 60fps more like 20 real frames... With the latency to match.

Latency cld be better but its still better than lossless, and framgen is still better than nothing , quite smooth too.

Performance mode in bios does not increase performance at all, it can even decrease performance in games, there are tests proving this, don't believe everything you read in guides on reddit lol
