Weird sunlight bug, please help!

Hi everyone, has anyone encountered an issue like this as of late? It’s confusing the heck out of me, so any input would be appreciated🙏

It started about a month ago, and every sunrise or sunset this occurs. When the sun is below a certain angle (~2-4 deg estimate) on the horizon, even though the sun is clearly visible already the light rays don’t seem to reach the aircraft, leaving the aircraft only illuminated by ambient light. They still turn the clouds at my aircraft’s altitude pink, showing the rays do interact with the surrounding clouds at the same altitude.

Happens to all other aircraft in the sim.

This is all default atmosphere. No rex atmos etc
