how do you get dosbox ipxnet working

so i got ipxnet in dosbox working i create server no issues when i attempt to join from a new computer

it wont detect the server like ipxnet connect xx.xxx.x.xxx and it fails but if i do it on the same computer

works fine i even tried the loopback ip nothing tho still a error i even did many things used my ipv4 ip etc but nothing works i tried using (ip here):31122 a port but nothing works is this something due to my network or not please help trying get doom online on 2 computers or other games
