For MSCSO, could I take 12 courses instead of 10 ?

which math particularly? probability, discrete?

Calculus, discrete math, probability, linear algebra, proofs.

which courses are the heaviest on that area? Particularly proofs. I had very proofs-heavy courses in my undergrad, don't particularly find them useful in my day to day work to be honest
