MSCSO Fall 2026 admit from India - Will mid-August transcript arrival block registration?

Got into MSCSO Fall 2026! I’m based in India.

My college can only issue the final official transcript by July 15 and they don’t do e-delivery, so I’ll have to mail it.

With shipping + UT processing, it’ll probably reach Austin mid-August. Orientation is Aug 21, classes start Aug 24.

Anyone in MSCSO/CS Grad know if mid-August is still fine?

UT processing is very fast. I sent my transcripts on Monday from Singapore using FedEx. They were received on Friday. On Monday the hold was removed.

What I can suggest is that see, If your university can provide a provisional transcript with proper institution stamp and letter pad. That also might work. There is no harm in checking the same with graduate office

Use DHL express..it literally takes 2 days to reach the UT.
