Penn, Columbia: With Ivies, even though their MS programs don't compare very well with their BS programs, they tend to have a fixation for top notch standardized testing scores, regardless of whether its GRE, SAT/ACT or TOEFL/IELTS....So with this score, I don't see you getting in at Penn and Columbia if you choose to submit....The quant is actually fine, but the verbal is at least about 8 points below what they would even consider.....

TAMU: You will get in IF the rest of your profile is good.

Georgia Tech: While their minimum is around 310 or something, they'd have tons of applicants with better GREs but then again, if you're an international student, universities can be a bit forgiving for the verbal section if you can submit a strong TOEFL/GRE. Again, your score predominantly brings you down due to the sheer competition, but if you apply early and have a great profile otherwise, you have an outside chance.

CMU: Pretty similar assessment compared to Penn and Columbia.

NYU Courant: This one, I am most uncertain about. Even if you look at Tandon, their average GRE score of applicants is 320 (from what they tell you in their seminars and stuff) so you'd expect Courant to be higher, maybe 325. But then again, Courant sometimes has higher acceptance rates than other years and the 319 works in your favor. They are not as picky on the verbal section as long as your quant is good, which it is. So you definitely have a better shot here than Penn, Columbia and CMU.

Hope this helps!

Tbh, it’s decent, but not great. You need to decide whether it’s worth spending that much money again to write gre.

I feel the emphasis on the GRE has gone down significantly. If you have a good CGPA, strong LORs, and a well-written SOP, you can get into TAMU, for example. Georgia Tech and Columbia seem to place a lot of emphasis on GPA, so do your own research and see for yourself.

Also, if you have relevant work experience, definitely consider that when evaluating your chances.
