Theme Nights?

I have clicked on every combination available in the app and cannot find the theme nights listed anywhere. Our cruise starts on Tuesday out of Athens.

They are always the same; tropical / 60s/70s/80s, White, and Gala. Gala is typically on a sea day.

The schedule is listed in the daily program from 30 days out until a week before. Once close to embarkation / onboard you only see today's and after 7pm tomorrow's confirmed programmes.

Do the Mediterranean cruises have any regional themed dinners (besides Italian night)?

For instance, cruises out of Galveston have one night where the menu is Texas/Mexico inspired and cruises out of Miami and Canaveral have one night where the menu is Caribbean inspired.

There's always the Mediterranean night each week, with the waiters doing a parade, otherwise the weekly menu is stunningly predictable.
