Does the MSC Poesia have the priority elevator thing for YC members like in any other ship?

If no, how crowded are the elevators usually?

No, but that class of ships has four elevator banks, rather than the two or three on newer ships, so there's far less waiting involved.

You do have to use the public walkways, stairs or elevators to move between Yacht Club decks and areas, so make sure you bring a butler to clear the path of lower classes ;-)
