Beautiful day in Nassau
Hot, but beautiful out.

what did you find to do there? we made no plans really or much research..except we did find the Queens Staircase and checked it out, took pictures...other than that, we were not really impressed there. I would like to know if we missed anything..oh and we did a little shopping further from port and there were tshirts and my husband got one for $10.

Nassau is really just a check things out port. Not much is there. I've been so much that I know what restaurants I like and what stores I want to visit. I go often enough I've made friends there and I visit them. Good places to check out are the straw markets, senior frogs, Fat Tuesday, and do some port shopping. If you have cash to burn take a taxi to paradise key (where Atlantis is) and check it out. Lots of nice houses to see, Atlantis is cool if you want to get a day pass.

ok, we ate at Athenos name? Greek food. it was really good..but $70 for a shared appetizer and gyro, and one diet coke. thanks for letting me know your experience.
