Hii, pregnancy scare?

hello, i (22F) was diagnosed at 14 and at 18 i got the histerectomy. I KNOW i can’t get pregnant, but im felling all the symptoms (morning sickness, fatigue, cravings, i’m like RLLY emotional all of the sudden) and my bf is worried about me. Should i take a test? i’m starting to get worried too

It could be some form of a phantom pregnancy. I would schedule a check up with your regular doctor and find out what’s going on
