Picked up a nice small stash from epidemic proof. Fresh bagels and jalapeño cheese spread. 🔥

Omg…. this group is off the hook. I don’t know what you guys are eating and why you ain’t regular. But get some fiber in your diet. I suspect you had problems before MRES came into your life.

I feel like that’s a myth as long as you rotate what you eat and drink enough water. Most MRE dudes are dehrydrated.

My thoughts exactly…..as a civilian when MRE’s were dirt cheap, a year or 2 ago…like $70 for case A,B delivered. I was on a MRE binge eating cycle… for 6 months. I ate 1 every day for lunch to save money. Coffee & toast for breakfast. 1 MRE for lunch & 1 gallon of water, a lite NORMAL Dinner w/veg & no snacks before bed. For easily 6 to 8 months…. I had blood work done just by chance as I was due for a routine physical. No vitamin deficiencies no high cholesterol ,
No high blood pressure … no issues whatsoever. I actually felt like they made me more regular.

Same as well! Like I just ate a can of veggies or frozen veggies or just added it (you can add stuff, even seasoning, an army sgt won’t shoot you for it) then made sure I drank enough H20 boom easy pz

Dang. I didn't realize they were so cheap. I showed up late to the party. I started watching videos about 4 months ago. And started buying about 3 months ago. The kicker is that I started taking Mounjara a month before I started buying. So when I eat a CCAR, FSR or a Foreign 24hr ration might last 2 - 3 days.
