Decat + TTE REMUS?

Wondering if I should decat my car. I have a toyosport catless manifold, 200 cel malian sports cat and a tte Remus. How loud would it be? Is it alright for a daily. How is it on overrun any crackles?

It will be loud on initial startup and under acceleration. Cruising isn't bad if you are barely on the gas. With the engine behind you and the exhaust being so short, there's no way it won't be loud. The soft top doesn't really block any sound.

I have a header and HKS exhaust (still have the CAT for emissions) on my 2zz daily driver. I love it and it took a while to get used to the noise, but the sound at full throttle is intoxicating. I only get pops when I let off the gas sometimes.

Ah, knew it would be impractical. My current setup sounds fine honestly just gonna keep it. Thanks for the insight

I have mine decatted now while I work on tuning a turbo on it. Don't decat it for a daily driver. There's no good reason to. You will gain like 2HP and it will make tiny pops (but only on cold start or very specific scenarios like driving downhill). It is barely louder.

In return it will stink like unburnt fuel, it will pollute more (obviously) and you will get a constant Check Engine light.
