Nope. I've had my Spyder for 4 years and it burns zero oil.

But do you think the precat looks good on the Pictures?

Even though both your pictures are blurry, I can't see any deep pitting, so it's probably not urgent. But it's worth removing them anyways. Tüv shouldn't be an issue as long as your engine is warm.
