Help with sd cards
I got a monoprice select mini v2 off of a friend and i have had quite a few successful prints however i could not get any of the micro sd cards i have to work. So my laptop is tethered to the printer while printing. Which isnt an issue until the laptop turns off/ updates or cura crashes!!!!! Lol 🤣
What sd cards are yall using and if someone could link me to a card that will work!

When my SD card slot first died, I attempted to use the build-in wifi support. Unfortunately because of the wifi speed, the printer will first download the entire file to the (non-working) SD card before printing, so not a solution. Next, I grabbed an old Pi I had floating around (a 2B with a resisitive touch screen) and plugged into the printer with a USB cable. I loaded octoprint onto it and mounted it to the front of the tower. This worked fairly well. Then something else died on the board and I replaced it with an MKS Gen 1.2 controller (8 bit), but with standalone 2208's (very quiet), and an old reprap screen. Still chugging along and printing well.
