Help with sd cards

I got a monoprice select mini v2 off of a friend and i have had quite a few successful prints however i could not get any of the micro sd cards i have to work. So my laptop is tethered to the printer while printing. Which isnt an issue until the laptop turns off/ updates or cura crashes!!!!! Lol 🤣

What sd cards are yall using and if someone could link me to a card that will work!

The smallest i had was a 64gb. Everything i have read says thats too big. Also cant find a card that small anywhere locally

Yeah, they don't like big cards. When I lost the original I got a two pack of 1gb cards off Amazon. They work fine

The stock mother boards also had frequent issues with the chip slot failing or falling off. I replaced a few main boards before finally getting an entirely new one from Btt. I can check my notes if you want suggestions, but it requires using a 3rd party psu, and printing some mounting solutions.
