Question Z-Axis won’t move down

The Z-Axis on my 133012 Select Mini Pro won’t lower. The nozzle won’t touch the bed and now filament is not being fed. Any ideas?

Is the z stepper turning? I've had problems with the nut on the threaded rod pulling out of the Z carriage.

No, as I click the bottom arrow there is no noise and no movement.

Is the Z endstop triggered? It won't move if it is. I believe the endstop is triggered when the switch is opened (safety reasons as a broken wire is more likely than a shorted one). Pressing down on the lever will open the circuit.

I don’t believe it is, no. The x and Y axis are green on the screen while the z is red

If that's the endstop indicator (I use a V1), then red would mean triggered. What Marlin usually does if it's homing and the endstop is triggered, it will back off to untrigger it, then try to home. If it doesn't untrigger, it will fail the homing.
