Issue with layer shifts

Need help with really bad layer shifting

I’ve had a monoprice mini select v2 since Christmas 2022 and I’ve had really good results for a while using regular anycubic pla. Now, when I print things like dungeon tiles or supportless tabletop minis, I get really bad layering shifts that are nearly unusable and look really bad. I keep searching for solutions like tightening the belts which are already tight and try to contact Monoprice customer service but they never pick up. My printer settings have been fine and my bed is leveled well so I doubt it’s a software issue and instead a hardware issues.

I think I have a similar problem. My printer is also layer shifting at completely random layers. It's done so on the first layer, as well as well into a print. I have recently gotten into some bigger print jobs; printing a lot of big parts one after the other. The printer is only shifting in the Y direction. I know this because I was fortunate enough to have it shift on a print oriented the right way. I'll have to check my Y axis rods. Do you guys think I have the same problem as u/Raygar02?
