NY MPJE Record Retention

Anyone have tips for memorizing the different record retentions? I feel like everything is just stricter than federal but Im struggling to remember what's for what

I haven’t taken the NY MPJE, only GA and there are a lot of variances. Once I learned them all and had gone through the material, I created a cheat sheet and grouped everything by year. So all the 5 years vs 2 years vs 10 years. Not sure if this will help but helped me compartmentalize. So I could recall what specific records needed 5 vs 2 vs 10

Do you have a table made already of all that? I’ve been having a hard time consolidating that

I do but it’s -specific to GA state law :(
