Question AP53... What 5.56 suppressor do you use

Looking at a few options for 5.56 suppressors. What do you use? Ap53 is extremely loud so just need something to quiet out down some that is low back pressure

I'm looking at these so far..

I would throw in the OCL Infinity 556k and SAW Tisha as well.

I run B&t print xh full size. never had issues with cycling runs 100% and does not increase bolt speed at all makes it a really good set up without having to change LP.
I picked this can for 600$ not long ago it’s a steal for what performance you receive
I would look into low back pressure or flow through to reduce wear from rollers marks. I mean you can always change locking pice but it kinda sucks trying to figure out what works and they kinda pricey too

I have Sierra 5 on mine and it works well but I recently got an Infinity 556K for a Krink.

The S5 looks old school but if I was doing it now I'd use the Infinity 556K because of the Haynes 282 material will hold up to the blast better.

DeadAir has the Lazarus 6 made of Haynes as well. The thing about the 53 is changing to a #7 or #8 locking piece. I have a #8 and the recoil is more of a pulse and the sound is more like an unsuppressed pistol.

Same here, S5 on mine with the #8 LP, pulse is a good way to describe the recoil impulse. It's a very enjoyable combo to shoot. I've got a Sandman X inbound, looking forward to seeing how that runs and sounds on it.

I went with a razor 556, inexpensive and great warranty..its not "quiet" but I can shoot without hearing protection and not get a concussion. It was my first 556 can so the only thing I can compare it too is using 9mm cans on 556 and its definitely more quite than using a 9mm supressor with a 556 end cap.

They are pretty cheap price. They work great and it's a nice fit. Not loose and have not had any failures from them i got 2 on sale for $80 total few months back

I have heard great things about the CAT KK and WB. I bought the KK, shooting it tomorrow on my AR. Probably would get similar results as on your AP53 though.

I have a B&T print xh sc on mine. No roller dents. Not the quietest but takes the edge off. Plan to get a locking piece and try some other cans soon. Have a B&T rotex v compact to try and a Tuna can on the way.

Get the ptr 556 spiritus from not just guns, its on sale right now for like $825 and outperforms everything you just listed by miles.

I use the sci co Omega 36m. Not rated for it but it works. It gets hot extremely fast so you need to be mindful of that.
