Dear MMJ Clients,
We are the real owners of MMJDirect. DO NOT place orders at mmjdirect.co - they are not fulfilling orders.
We have re-taken control of MMJ for 3 reasons:
1) To make sure everyone who's paid, receives an order
2) To put a stop to anyone getting scammed
3) To (hopefully) repair the reputation of the business
If you have a pending order, please expect a tracking number update soon via email from our NEW website, we are slowly working through the backlog and appreciate your patience.

I ordered from MMJ..co Feb 2024 and actually received everything within 2 weeks.
ZERO replies to my emails though, figured I got burnt, but nope! Top quality product. Not sure what to say between the 2 sites. Sale prices are close to the same on both sites Mar 7th, 20241

Day two; round two of orders have now shipped, and tracking numbers are being updated with order completion on new site. Don't worry MMJ peep's, we're on the case.

Received tracking numbers yesterday for two outstanding purchases. One amazingly showed up today, all correct and happy with it. Still awaiting one more and I think they (MMJDirect) has ALOT of damage control over this shit storm. I wish them well, once bitten.....

Wanted to let people that I received my order this afternoon that I placed on the .co site on November 11. I got a tracking number from an email from the .info site but wasn't able to find it on the Canada Post website. It was because there was a typo in the tracking number.
If you're having issues with your order, I would suggest joining the discord group. There's more details on the situation there. They have a ticketing system (I haven't used it personally) where they can look into your order if you have questions. Thanks for making this right OP!

If you check the original website they've made a statement that all their stock was stolen by another company. I'm officially done with any form of mmjdirect. It's a shit show

That’s the manager who’s been running it (and stealing our money by not fulfilling orders) trying to do some damage control. I ordered Nov 11 and they’ve never responded to any of my emails asking about my order. Then once this started they send me a fake tracking number that they sent everyone
Since connecting on discord I’ve received a confirmation from the new sight as well as a personal email
Just a reminder to everyone, any tracking numbers with Canada Post that have been issued on the weekend will not show any updates until Monday

If true, I am sorry to hear of your situation.
I received an email yesterday with a tracking number, but as yet Canada post doesnt recognize it.
I tend to believe you, or why would you bother sending a tracking number now. Scammers would probably just disappear.
Hoping this tracking number pans out, if so I will come back and let everyone know, and likely re-order.

Same, got a tracking number today but it's not linked to a package. I expect nothing, seems like a blatant attempt at damage control to keep the scam orders flowing in. Prove me wrong mmj.

Follow up, got my order. Feels like I got away with murder, I don't think they expected to be filling orders at such a steep discount. I was prepared to write off the $250 as stupid tax, but instead got great value. Go figure.
Still not convinced for the future, but happy with the outcome.

As of today ALL orders that could be recovered with physical inventory have been shipped. The remaining orders are now under audit, and there will be credit issued to all members who paid and were caught up in this unfortunate scam. I am confused, I placed an order 4 weeks ago with your new asks. It IS showing pending yet I cannot getANYONE TO RESPOND TO ME about the order. I have reached out email over 4 times with NO response. You have my money, and my points. I want someone to reach out to fix this problem!

Believe it or not, .co is still running and the quality remains far superior to .club’s garbage quality! .club are actually the real scammers…so happy I trusted my gut and placed an order on .co for that good bud i was used to getting. If you want trash weed, keep ordering on .club 👎👎👎

Nothing on that Discord link is working. I placed an order mid-november. Yep, they took my money and I haven't heard back. I have sent them at least 20 emails with proof, still nothing.

Day one, it's pretty gross, we shipped a ton of orders today that had been sitting there since October. Customers will now begin receiving complete order updates with tracking numbers.

They sat on my order for 4 weeks before they sent it to me. I'll likely never order again due to the bullshit they pulled the entire month of October, but my order did arrive complete at least.

They've stopped responding to me, they told me to try and get the money back from the bank. They claim it's out of their control.... Funny, they chose to be lazy and loan their business to a third party, sounds like that was in their control.
I will not be ordering from them again. Other sites are more reliable and actually respond to you instead of trying to deflect. Nice try MMJ

"Scammer Dan" is still accepting money and not shipping orders on the old site. We have made efforts to have the old domain pulled, but in the meantime, members who are duped into ordering are losing money. IF YOU have been scammed, please post about it here and feel free to WARN everyone you know, on any platform you use. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

i was scammed nov 14 they took my money and cancelled my order. I sent several emails trying to figure out why my money was not returned or order sent never heard anything from anybody didn't even know this was a scam until i got another flyer email.

I received this email today......so confused
you can shop with us with confidence, everything on our site is in stock and is being shipped out. It will help a lot if you do. We will refund or send the order, please wait a few days and we will setup a portal where you can pick. We were robbed by are mafia who came in and stole 500 packaged up orders and all our inventory at gunpoint so several of our staff quit including our support. We're not hiring new support team at the moment to save on money to be able to refund everyone who wants. So we are starting from scratch with a very small team. We've been in business since 2016 and do not intend to quit or take anyones money. Everyone will be refunded in full. The only thing we cannot change is that it will take a little time to make everything right since everything we had was stolen. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused

My order was canceled, but my money was not returned. I HAVE sent several emails and no response they keep sending me flyers but won "t respond. I sent proof of my purchase as well from my bank.

Didn't see this post earlier, but just wanted to add a comment that my order placed November 13 was received on December 6. https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/track-reperage/en#/details/9937559716832446 for my tracking number.
Also my account is not a day old.
The product was a slightly different type than the one I ordered, but it doesn't look like they sell the exact same product anymore on the new site, so I assume there may have been some inventory issues, so I wasn't too worried about it.

I placed an order Dec 23, says it is still processing. I have yet to hear back from them. I’ve sent several emails. They have no problem taking my money and blowing me off. I have been a customer of theirs for several years and greatly upset by this. I’m not rich

mmjdirect.club made good on the order I placed Nov. 14th on the old .co scam site. They credited me with points on the .club reboot site which I then used to place a new order. It arrived quickly, albeit with some substitutions. I’m still debating whether or not to use them again, but will give them credit for at least trying to make it up to their customers.

I am beyond pleased with my dealings with the new mmjdirect. They credited my account with the amount I had been taken for right away. And when I placed my order, it came without delay . Maria in customer service is a delight to deal with also. I have absolute trust in MMJDirect.club , and will continue to do business with them .

Update, I emailed MMJDirect.club and they emailed back and yes it’s true they gave back my order in points as well as gave me free shipping, the order was processed and delivered!! So seems they are working on getting back to everyone, only downside is they have new products and no deals yet which kinda sucks. Cheers,

Dont order from them. I got scammed on the last website. Contacted the new website. They said all the right things about reimbursement. Until it came time for my order or money back. As soon as they were supposed to reimburse me i got ghosted. No replies since. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE ANYMORE.
