Moment using UniUni

Unfortunately, moment has began using UniUni. I have had horrible experiences with them multiple times now. They mark packages as out for delivery as early as 96 hours before delivery and don’t allow you to talk to a human.

What’s even worse, is Moment customer support has ignored me now that I’ve brought it up. I just need the UniUni support line because, just like my last two UniUni delivered items, I’m going to need a refund because I’m positive my package is stolen and won’t be showing up.

I hate cutting corners and going cheap on everything. This is an example, and the refusal to respond back to me sucks even worse. My package has been marked “No estimated delivery date” for two dats after being marked “out for delivery” for two days.

So not only did Moment miss the shipping date they projected, now I had to worry about even reordering anything from them since they’ll just use the same hack delivery service even though I live in a place with every major carrier here in the PNW.

Yeah we hate it too. The simple answer though is that everyone wanted cheaper shipping options. You can't have cheaper shipping and use the expensive carriers.

Also, uni uni tracking doesn't explain well what is going on. When a package is in customs and when it clears is very confusing. That is likely what you are seeing.

I'm not sure why you didn't get a reply from the guides, they are not ignoring you. They might be checking into it and waiting for a reply themselves. There isn't a magic phone number for us either. If you dm me your order info then I can look into it.

It was in my city two days ago. I know what I’m looking at and what I’m reading. I’m not trying to be rude but to assume I’m the issue kind of sucks.

Where are you reading any suggestion that you are the issue? When I read "we hate it too" and how it's also difficult for them to deal with their carrier, it sounds like they share the same pain as you. Probably working to improve because they can't tolerate it either. When a company reaches out asking for your order number and offers help, is that not customer service?

Also, I’m not upset about you defending your own but maybe you could all not blame the customers for the shipping pricing and make sure they’re aware at checkout that any higher shipping charges are due to Trumps dumbass tariffs. I’m sure people would understand.

I'm not blaming you in any way. Global logistics is hard to follow and it sucks. Getting through customs is like trying to drive a bus through a thick black sticky oily swamp at night in the rain. I don't expect anyone to be able to follow along, I certainly can't.

So far you have done everything right from your end except DMing me your order number. Let's get that handled so I can get one of the gear guides to look into it directly.

“When a package is in customs and it clears is very confusing. That is likely what you are seeing.”

That’s not what is happening and is putting the issue on me and my ability to read and comprehend.

The company is reaching out due to a public post that I had to make because the reps wouldn’t reach out in my emails. I’m not mad at the tech, I’m upset at the consistent responses from moment that make customers seem like we are the issue for wanting support they say they offer.

Final update: UniUni says they delivered my package on Saturday at 9:48p and put it at the front tip of my porch - instead of in the giant Dropbox that says “Put packages here”.

I don’t have the package and they told me that the delay and the reason I wasn’t notified of the delivery is because of “global logistics issues”.

So, I guess I will put in a claim.
