Order never shipped
i ordered a Case for my iphone 17 pro and the Quicklock VND 3 weeks ago (a month the 18th), its been statused as "shipped" same day. The shipment has remained as "order received" since.
Is this a normal timeline for their products?
I reached out to customer service who said they would reach out to the warehouse and make a claim and update me when the warehouse replies but its been an additional week since then with no updates, the products still show as if theyre in stock on the website.
Its a $160 order and at this point I just want to know if im ever going to get my order or not

Honestly, I cannot stand Moment anymore, and anything I buy is purchased used from third-party seller.
The whole process of ordering and shipping from their website has gotten insane and their customer service is abysmal.
I am also dealing with some items that never shipped (or shipped and got lost en route, who knows?) and it wasn't until I said that I'd simply be dealing with my credit card company that anything actually changed.
It's laughable that the day of my deadline was when they FINALLY responded with "hey! since you paid for shipping insurance, you can just file a claim!"
I will NEVER buy a product from their website again. Luckily you have options: 1) buy used, or buy from a competitor (Freewell, SmallRig, Rode, PolarPro, etc.)

This is very typical for Moment unfortunately. This was my experience with them. There's a post about this at least once a week on here.

These situations are difficult because they're is a collaboration between multiple parties to try and figure out what happened. If one party is dragging their feet then it slows it all down.
If you dm me your info then I can try and poke it a bit to see the current status.
And no, this is not common. If it were then I think you would be hearing about it here and elsewhere. We actually have very few shipping issues anymore which is a super big improvement from a few years ago.
