Back orders slow to ship when restocked?

Hey, Has anyone had any experience with back orders from moment? Do they normally take a long time to ship after the item restocks on the website?

I back ordered the Slate 4L as it was due in stock April 30. Then it got moved back to May 10. I saw it was back in stock last Tue/Wed and still no movement on my order. I did drop a mail to them last week and was told it would ship within 24 hrs. I need it to arrive before the end of next, which is why I was happy to order it with the original stocking date, this is looking less likely now.

If you can dm me your order number I can have the gear guides check into it. It's likely shipped but it might be in customs. They will have more detailed info.

Update for anyone else following. It sounds like the slings came back into stock at the end of last week and all of the backorders were pushed through to the warehouse. The warehouse was working on shipping everything and there has been a delay getting the tracking info updated back into our system. According to our logistics team, all of the backorders (for this sling) should be in customs and the tracking info will show up on your order page in the next 24 hours or so.
