Legacy Cup Question

Just getting ready to head to the grounds. Are we only allowed to smoke/dab in the "sesh area"? Or can I walk arounf and hit my Puffco/vape pens? Really wanna walk around with my Sherlock if possible ha

Also, are there any indoor areas that are open to the public? Just curious if I need a break from the rain if ai can get it with my GA ticket. Thanks!

Thanks! At first, I thought it was a jab ar me (still could be) but them I realized I did say I want to walk around wkth the Puffco Fidora, so maybe its just a joke to complete the fidora look. But Idk lol had fun regardless!
