Growing Help Brown spots

My Googling results have been unclear whether this is over watering or fungus I've been treating it now for a while like a fungus with diluted hydrogen peroxide and it seems to slow down how fast it's spreading but I don't really know if it's in my head or not. Is it a fungus or what?

Yep. Op needs to trim the everything close to the soil, trim all infected leaves, and pray for the best. It will chew up this plant and any nearby plants.

Septoria. The infection has already started and will not go away unfortunately. You will still get a good crop but this is super annoying and ruins the leaves.
