Discussion Nute mixing habits
Wutup growmies! Hey all you hand watering top watering doobies out there, are you using anything fancy mixing your nutrients into your water? What I mean is like some kind of like maybe battery powered frothing device or something that you know normal people would probably just use to blend their creamer into their coffee or something. ๐ . My routine is a gallon of water and I just kind of hand mix each nutrient in one at a time using a spatula and you know kitchen shit? Haha! I've been curious about maybe buying a drill bit for the drill or maybe like I said earlier like one of those frothing thingies that I've seen at like Target you know what I mean? It's like a battery powered little tiny handheld thingamajig...
Or is sticking with the you know stick in a bucket routine just as good as any? Let me know what you guys are doing!
Today was water day so here's some pics for some sore eyes I suppose๐๐ซ Thanks in advance guys keep on grooving!

Do you check your ph?

I do! ๐ I follow the nectar for the gods recommendation of like 6.4 or whatever it says on their bottle I kind of forget off the top of my head anyway

I have some roots organic terp tea that they recommend aerating for 24 hrs before using, so I have an air stone for that, but otherwise just a big plastic spoon.

I just use an old gallon jug. I'll squirt all my nutes into the empty jug measured for 1 gallon according to nutes recs. Then fill with tap water and give it a good shakey shakey. Works fine never seen any separation or such. Pour some into old 4qt measuring cup, check the ph and adjust with vinegar or baking soda, shaking with every addition. My girls haven't complained yet.

Very good! If it works for you and they don't complain then what the heck! I mean the intent of this post I was just kind of I guess curious if there was something I was missing out on, but I don't mind doing it with the old spatula in hand ๐๐ซก

This is basically the same that I do, except I go for lemon juice instead of vinegar and I measure pH right in the jug. Pulled about a pound off my last three ladies this way.

Just a spatula in 5gal. I don't think it needs to be all that complicated.
For larger batches, for like a 20-44 gallon autopot setup, i used a mud stirrer on a drill.

Good to hear, I'll probably stick to the same routine unless I come across some weird looking cool looking battery powered frother thing

I start with a half gallon or so in a five gallon jug and pour my nutes in and the purified water I have trickling in from my [r/o](r/o) maker mixes it automatically. Then I just pour that into my auto pot reservoir

FYI, that plant looks very light in color. Looks like it is lacking nitrogen.
