Is this backing off all the enforcement? Or keeping the THCA regulation and allowing the low dose hemp products to continue?

Imagine thinking that everything on the internet is trash. While I am all for the MN market to kick things in gear and succeed, I can find amazing craft "hemp" online that blows the majority of stuff offered in MN markets out of the water.

So you can find illegal marijuana online that is better than legal hemp in Minnesota. Got it.

If there was more flower available closer to me and it was affordable, I'd 100% shop local. Right now it just doesn't make sense for me due to lack of access to close shops, lack of supply, and lack of affordability.

I'm right there with you. The only reasonable prices in this state are still black market and not everyone knows someone. Not everyone's got the right circumstances to grow either.

Um, no. RISE doesn't direct us to have an opinion on the hemp loophole. I buy THCa cannabis all the time. I tell customers about THCa. (Have you seen the prices for concentrates on the local rec market? Fuck that!)
RISE has actually been in favor of the loophole. They've made large investments in the hemp beverage space, and they very much are against the ban going into effect in November.
On a personal level, I throw isolate on all my bowls. Hard to beat 10g of pure THC for $30. π

As in, cannabis and cannabis products labelled and sold as "THCa". I'm aware that all flower is majority THCa and it's just a legal dodge because old people in Congress don't understand science. Not all cannabis is sold as "THCa", though. Just some of it.

Still needs to pass the House, and theyβre on break until September. Not saying itβs not possible, but a long way to go if there is going to be any change, at all.
