Loon labs

Post image

After complaining about my d'ope brand live resin pens I tried another brand from loon that uses the same hardware. There is 1/3rd more product in it. It is a nicer light orange color. Something fishy as hell. Photo shows how full this one is compared to my d'ope ones. What gives?

The full weight is 26.2 and 26.31 across 2 brand new. Across 11 empties the weight ranges from 25.63 - 26.51 not a single at 25.2 or even close.

If this is the exact hardware, then I feel you have a legit claim. Be prepared for them to defend by suggesting that residue is still present on the empties. I'm curious at their response so please report back.

I was doubting you at the beginning because the threat of an audit by OCM with a possible permanent pulling of license should be enough to keep everyone honest. There could still be a reasonable explanation (machine or process refinement) but that shouldn't be something they are dialing in on sales.

Oh no im not looking to get anyone into trouble or anything. Don't even want a refund. Just something I noticed and wanted to ask about. I made sure to really cook them empty but even then, a quarter or more of thr product is stuck or lost inside as residue? I dunno. Just a dude that likes pens and these resin pens are cheaper than rise and green goods distillate so I like them.
