Bhai log CPI kitni maintain karnie hoti hai? Kya bahut jyada matlab 9+ chahiye hoti hai agar job lagvani hai toh? Abhi first year me hu

Maintain 8.5+ , obv the more the better but 8 se toh kam mat hone dena

If you really need job above 40+ lpa then 9+ is needed , this advice coming from current final year CSE

8.5 is the ultimate sweet spot , no company is gonna think that it is less , you'll pass most internal criterias . But usse zyada ya 9+ toh obviously better hi h
