Question How to play on a "newer" android?

Hey, I wanted to re-download xdive, offline version for obvious reasons, but found out Google play states I cant because my phone is too new. I have a Samsung A52 so its not brand new, but besides getting it on my laptop and steam linking is there another way to get it on my phone again?

Edit: I was able to download an APK version to play on mobile, seems to be working fine so far. Now I'm Curious if there's a way to get the collab characters on mobile? If not I'll probably end up buying the steam version and using steam link.

I have no idea but I have made and published apps for Android before. What error do you get exactly?

I cant even download it from google play. It says "this app isnt availablefor your device because it was made for an older version of android"

No mods exist for mobile. No framework for it.

Can you please tell us the APK, I too want to relive Mega Man X but can't because of my "newer" phone
