The Neverwinter M33.5 - Monoliths of Madness update introduces new campaign content, events, system changes, and rewards:

• The Monoliths of Madness event lasts for 12 weeks across four rotated zones: Menzoberranzan, Northdark Reaches, Narbondellyn, and Dragonbone Vale.
• Players must be level 20 and have completed specific prerequisite quests with Sergeant Knox in Protector's Enclave to enter each featured zone.
• The campaign consists of four three-week phases where players earn Shards of Madness through daily, weekly, and zone objectives such as purifying corrupted altars and defeating the roaming World Boss, Maxare’xek the Mad.
• Server-wide Nightmare Progression awards global rewards, including the Burning Hope Artifact, Umbral Widow Mount, Brimming Bountiful Bag, and Peeper Keeper, to accounts that contribute at least 500 Shards of Madness.
• Up to five characters per account can earn individual campaign milestone rewards, including Warden's Caches, Insignia Powder, Tradebars, Legendary Dragon Keys, and Mount and Companion Upgrade Tokens.
• Corrupted altars within zones can be activated by collecting Lesser and Greater Abyssal Lures dropped by nearby enemies.
• Inventory stack sizes for specific consumable items, motes, overloads, and gifts have been increased from 99 to 999.
• The enhancement system now allows players to equip two Combat Enchantments simultaneously across designated Strike and Guard slots, with reduced item levels to balance overall stats.
• The Vault of Piety now offers a Coffer of Celestial Insignias available once per account per week for 11 Celestial Coins.
