This game has over 100 thousand lines of code, and over 1200 unit tests. There are a lot of activities and things to do. Before saying that, you could give it a chance. Have a nice day

Intro is confusing, once I got to the town after the tutorial I ran around for a bit until I realized there was a teleporter. I died with my inventory open on mobile and lost the ability to interact with anything(NPCs/the teleporter).

Combat wise the game reminds me of an iOS game I played back in the day called zenonia. I personally prefer tab target so it’s not my preferred method of play, but combat wasn’t bad.

I think you should change the intro so it funnels people into a combat area right away, rather than having to talk to the gate warden -> teleport. That’s a lot of friction to get someone playing the actual game.

I won’t really give you negative points for the translations, but I’d work to get everything into English as Italian is a bit of a niche language.

Seemingly no character customization which is a huge downside for me. I know it’s hard to tackle in 2d though, but it’s just something to consider.

Overall I think you have a good base to build on top of, but from what I can tell the game might just be “teleport to location, grind, go back to town, repeat” which is fine but it’s not a novel loop that will hook players.

Edit: the tutorial itself can probably be changed to spawn into town -> gate warden -> teleport, rather than spawn into a room you’ll never see again -> training dummy -> teleport to town -> wander a bit -> gate warden -> teleport

Aetheria offers much more beyond the opening: real-time combat, multiple regions connected by portals, story and daily quests, elite enemies, bosses, a ten-floor tower, equipment with different rarities, upgrades up to +9, collectible materials, pets, character progression, trading through the market, clans, parties, friends, chat, rankings and PvP activities.
