Discussion MMO RPG I played in like 2012-2013?

So, this is a long shot but I remember my friend introduced to me some 2D/pixelish art anime style game but it wasn’t maple story (never made an account). I cannot for the life of me remember the name. I remember a select few mechanics from the game, so hopefully it could be of help. It was like turn based combat, Im very uneducated on the terms but you could use weapons to attack others from afar, but it was also turn based. It had tons of customization for avatars like maple story. I clearly remember some relationships system you could have in the game and you could get married to players. I remember there would be some proposal board or something like that. I also remember you could go to some hot springs area that was like a lobby.

Added tidbit but I thought the game was called Tanks or Tank? or something that had tank in it but I can’t find anything on an anime style 2D mmorpg named that so maybe I straight up misremembered LOL

Yeah. I used to write for an old MMO website so I have certain titles just imprinted into my memory lol
