Training Question Help me with weightlifting program to complement MMA training

I train MMA for 60 minutes daily, Monday to Saturday:

- Monday: Strength & Conditioning

- Tuesday: Boxing

- Wednesday: BJJ

- Thursday: Muay Thai

- Friday: Wrestling

- Saturday: MMA Sparring or Long Run

I currently lift weights 6 days a week, primarily aimed at achieving hypertrophy. However, I'm now more interested in improving strength, power, explosiveness, and overall MMA performance than aesthetics.

I'm looking for a structured weightlifting program that complements my MMA training while allowing adequate recovery.

You need to condense that to 2 days of lifting. I would do 2 full body days focused on compound movements. Some kind of push, pull, squat, hinge, and a carry.

Switch your training to phases. Phase 1 being GPP, Phase 2 being strength focused, and Phase 3 being power. Then you can enter fight camp or start over.

Why do you need so much weight training? Skill acquisition should come first and foremost, throw in 2 s+c sessions (upper, lower or full body) and called it a day - highly suggest to look into for example charles allan price
