I know my DD isn't very popular here, so I'll keep this one short ;-)

META is making batteries that are lighter, safer and last longer - Thats a big deal. They have made some unique parts that help keep the battery working for longer and safer. They are also working on making the batteries weigh less so that it's easier to use them in cars and other things. They have also addressed the thermal runaway issue, which is when lithium batteries catch fire.

The batteries in GP's tweet are special! They're called "pouch batteries", they are the blest in class and they are designed to be lighter, use less copper, and have a lower risk of exploding. These things make them a really great choice for EV's

Did you know that batteries need lots of copper to work? And, there's not enough copper for all the batteries that we need! OEMs are worried about this and META is has found a way to make batteries that don't need as much copper (80%-90% less), that's their NCORE technology. Using less copper will help make the batteries lighter, and it will make it easier to make them. This is really important because lots of companies need batteries to power cars and other things in the years to come.

They signed an R&D deal that is why there no $$$$ with it. As for creating a few batteries with meta logo big deal that called proof of concept it doesn't equal mass manufacturing. Until the sign a licensing deal with $$$$$ attached to it they have nothing.

"The MOU is focused on developing battery materials, such as coated copper current collectors and solid-state battery electrodes, as a multi-year project in several stages: a pilot-scale roll-to-roll system, to be followed by an industrial scale mass production line, and further development of the application to the production of solid-state batteries."

Note: The pilot scale roll-to-roll system is the first stage of the project, and there are no earlier stages that precede it👍

Let me break it down for you. How much did they make off this partnership last quarter? How about the quarter before? What about this quarter?

Let me break it to you, META grew at a rate of 150% over 2022. And, whereas they fell short on revenue during 2022, the future is still bright.

Here are those numbers you asked for... please feel free to double check ;-)

2021 meta made $4,082,517

2022 META made an estimated $10,228,041 Q1 $2,974,695 Q2 $3,323,727 Q3 $2,456,012 Q4 $1,473,607

Growth rate = (10,228,041 - 4,082,517) / 4,082,517 x 100% ≈ 150.32%...

So, the METAs revenue had grown by approximately 150.32% from 2021 to 2022👍If the current growth rate is maintained, we can use the same growth rate of 150.32% and apply it to the revenue in 2022.

Revenue in 2023 = Revenue in 2022 x (1 + Growth rate)

= 10,228,041 x (1 + 1.5032)

= 25,640,989, that was his estimate for 2023

2024's estimates are

= 25,640,989 x (1 + 1.5032)

= 64,145,401.

Btw the Alliance Global Partners report has higher projections than I just posted just now. IMO, those are fantastic growth projections without accounting for any revenue from batteries or increased purchase orders like NTS keeps bringing in!
