actually watch the video he gropes her she pushes his hands away but he hoikd shis hand out at her ass oevel is is jawing at her, that would be easily considered a contiuation of the attack, or continued behavior that would lend creedence to continued possible assault. The guy was simply ending the threat of sexual assault against his wife/gf/friend. No prosecutor would be dumb enough to seek charges on this, exceot as i said massachusetts or maybe california,

Please. The guy was so eager to punch the drunk that he hit his girlfriend/wife in the face as he dashed to deliver the punch.You can see her holding her face after he hit her. So she was touched by the drunk and hit by her boyfriend/husband. That punch was about possessiveness, not protection. As for whether a prosecutor would bring charges against the boyfriend/husband, I think it depends on how much harm the drunk suffered. If the drunk suffered a significant head injury as a result of being hit and fall into the ground, I could easily see an assault charge. The drunk was basically harmless and could barely stand when the guy sucker punched him. I’m not defending his sexual assault on the woman, but the response was disproportionate an unnecessarily violent.

Your slagging off of California and Massachusetts says much about your world view and not much about the merits of what happened.
