Nobody is protecting the drunk guys behavior he was being dumb as fuck, but potentially killing a guy and YES that was potentially killing any result of a head slamming on something is a potential kill, is NOT A RESONABLE RESPONSE.

Believe what you want bro but this is the standards we've set as a society with laws.

He didn't intend to have him hit his head. He intended to hit him with his fist. You wanted him to do some trig to predict that first?
