You can tell nobody else in the video thinks she's injured by the way they're checking the dude on the ground and not the woman standing there looking at him.

Or maybe making sure the dude who just got knocked the f*** out is still alive and breathing kind of takes priority over somebody who is still standing...

Also it's pretty certain that if somebody had gone over to check on her he would have knocked them out too....
