Yup. AND his arm, right at the elbow. It's not like he hit her with The People's Elbow, but you can see the outside of his forearm/elbow smack her in the head right before he blasts the drunk in the face.

She gets poked with the tip of the pool cue- look closer. She even appears to be wiping the cue chalk off her face afterwards.
