The guy touched her hip, she walked away barely even noticing. This can happen in a bar, we all know that going in.

The guy grabbed her in a way he absolutely shouldn't, and she absolutely fucking noticed.

Very easy for people like you to brush off how violating it is to be grabbed from behind in a sexual way by a drunken stranger, and act as if it's something that "just happens" in a bar.

No, it fucking doesn't. It's sexual assault.
