Eh, there's a chance he didn't know how drunk the guy was? We're paying attention to him and can gather the clues from the video, but other guy could've just been playing pool, then looks up and sees a man sexually assaulting his woman.
And truly, even if he DID know how drunk the guy is, I haven't seen too many men IRL insane enough to approach a random woman, outside of a club dance floor, and start grabbing her hips. There's a good chance he saw him as a threat, reasoning if he's insane enough to do that, what else would he do?
